Ease Arthritis Pain Quick!

  • Take a walk: Walking can help relieve arthritis pain by providing natural tranquilizing and mood elevating effect. Walking can improve a persons attitude which will help ease the pain.
  • Walk on water: Physicians will agree that it is a treatment that will work. The water will support your body weight which takes the stress off of your back, hips, knees, ankles and feet.
  • Chase the pain away: Using moist heat will quickly ease the pain and stiffness from both rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis.
  • Chill out: Inflamed joints can be treated with a cooling treatment. But make sure you keep a layer of cloth between the cold pack and your skin. This will avoid skin damage.
  • Wash away stiff joints: Take a warm shower or bath. This is a shortcut to loosen up stiff joints. If you what to get a head start on this you can wear socks or leg warmers to bed.
